Sorry to hear about your Dad getting hurt. Have you taken any photographs?? The only the case I know that got a full refund and a new shower door was somebody that kept posting photos on Better Bathrooms web site until they got fed up and agreed to a full refund plus a shower door. Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight to take photographs.0

I have pictures of him and the cuts but not the shower, he's blind so no camera phone etc, i couldnt get there till the day after and he couldnt leave it as it was as that was the only loo. I think he just wants the new door fitting but itbdoes worry you thatbitbwill happen again. Fingers crossed they sort it0
