Yes it does. Given every 3 months and at least a week separate to the flea/tick treatment

Milbemax or milpro needs to be given monthly to protect from lungworm. 3 monthly as a normal wormer x

I put a scalibor collar on my dog last year, as he is always getting ticks, and I have changed the tick protection as it wasnt working, but the collar made him loose all the fur around his neck and it didnt suit him at all.

I have also tried milbemax wormer and it made my dog bleed from his back passage, so dont use that again.

The vets have suggested a new chewable tablet called bravecto, but is on prescription only.

Given that your dog has had previous problems with flea/tick treatments then I certainly wouldn't give him Bravecto! It's caused horrendous problems in lots of dogs, including seizures and even death. Google for more info.
