And there's comping autopilot that can be responsible.

I didn't mean to enter a competition run by our local paper for two tickets to the WWE event at the Stadium, but I did and of course I won.

Actually made a fun night out for me and hubs in the end. :D

I don't want to win the Equine, Golf or Football stuff either.

Haha, Zanzib!! Glad you enjoyed it in the end though! I entered a competition to win a Weedol power sprayer by mistake, and I won... I don't even have a proper garden! One of only two things I've won this year - typical!

I do not want to win....

    * a boiling water tap - 1) i have a kettle to boil water 2) i have young kids so see it as a safety hazard..

*an Xbox - i am and always will be a Playstation kinda girl, even getting an Xbox for free will never convert me!

*Holiday abroad - i'm terrified of flying!

    * A cleaner to come spring clean my house - just no....

*A chef to come into my home and cook us a meal - my kitchen is falling to bits, my oven is half dead, 2 rings on my hob don't work... i would be too embarrassed!

i'm sure there's more but can't think at the mo! :rotfl:

Yay! another PlayStation girl :) I still have the original playstation! I have upgraded over the years but it drives my brother nuts!(sadly haven't played in about 2years because it's in my room that has no electricity:( ) He was converted into the whole GameCube then Xbox cult and I, despite his efforts resisted. Although both of us loved our Gameboys very much (great company during many tedious family do's as a kid) we both got suckered into the who Nintendo DS hype. I never did try out the PSP though...

Personally I wouldn't enter a competition for something I don't want to win.

It is a little frustrating to think that there are people entering for things I would really like to win and would use when they don't want them except for their resale value.. But life is hopefully short and I try not to worry too much :)

Of course that doesn't always work, I once won gig tickets for a competition I know I didn't enter.

The OP says "I DON'T want to win" so folks are telling us the prizes they don't want to win.

Which I presume means they don't enter comps for the things they have listed.

I personally can not see the point of entering for anything you, your family or friends can not use.

I have several items collecting dust upstairs that I thought I could sell and have not been able to, now I comp for me and mine ;)

sega megadrive- I had to google it, bit before my time! A lot of my Playstations (apart from the original) are hand-me-downs from friends who got into the Xbox craze and were going to just throw their machines-waste not want not :) I can't really condone buying a psp, more important things, plus I don't think anything could eclipse my good old Gameboy, the Nintendo DS didn't really convince me so another hand held doesn't really seem worth it. our house seems to be a museum to old electronics, we even have a windows 98 computer in the loft!

Sheesh the kids these days divvent kna their born, we had a Sega Mega Drive when my kids were very little, I remember playing Sonic and Tetris and a submarine game (can't remember the name)
The we progressed to a black and white hand held Nintendo's then eventually colour ones

When we got our Play Station 1 we thought it was the bees knees, even though the pixels were huge and Lara Croft had triangle boobs :rotfl:

You do know Mrs Bot is going to come along and say when she was a lass the only game they could afford to play was Pooh Sticks.

Back on topic I don't want to win
