What about prostitution? If everybody involved participates of their own free will. The local MLAs are bound to be accepting of that?

Or maybe !!!!!exual blood donations? So long as the !!!!!exuals do so of their own free will then that's bound to be acceptable.

Is abortion allowed at the minute? If a mother decides, of her own free will, to have one?

T-shirts can be dangerous though. Ever get your head caught in one when trying to take it off? Maybe my ears are too big.

I take it (or even toke it) you've been to Amsterdam? Mary Jane is big business over there. Perhaps we could lobby stormont to change the law here, thus attracting tourists and boosting the local economy. Farmers could ditch unprofitable cattle and put up a few polytunnels. We could have smoky cafes in every small town, crisp manufacturers will boom and society will take on a more peaceful vibe. Could be just what this country needs with .. And.. I've forgotten.

    Now your talkin ;)

Oh I also support the right to arm bears, they really can't be that good a shot :)
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:

No, but there are endless campaigns designed to persuade people from doing the above.
The smokers and drinkers pay a fair bit of tax as well. Along with the obese, they save the system a fortune by failing to make it to pension age.

The NW 200 brings in lots of tourist money to the economy. Sad when a rider dies, but its their choice and it will never be stopped until they make the bikes slower...

Also, the obesity epidemic is crippling the NHS, yet the fatties just keep on eating.

Is it? Are there any figures (arf) to show this? Is it not like smoking and drinking where you never get to lift your pension?

I have to say, the number of fat kids round here is larger than when I was at school (as are the kids). Just last week I was riding a motor bike through town as a fat boy of eight or nine was crossing the road. There's something about a bike, probably the noise, that makes pedestrians think you're not going to stop. He panicked ( as I slowed right down) and tried to run - he couldn't do it. There's a boy who'll never play any sport, will get laughed at by the girls (the thin ones, anyway) and will have a miserable youth before early diabetes and hypertension, and a shortened life span. Appalling. How can a mother allow a boy to eat his life away?

    I fully agree.

Its unbelievable how many kids are dangerously overweight these days.

I am a child of the mid 80s and when we were growing up being fat seemed very rare at our age. Stocky at best.

Kids are wrapped up in cotton wool these days, sitting at home playing Fifa on their consoles rather than going outside and actually kicking a ball.

    Sad times.
