Thats ridiculous ! I think unreasonable behaviour is usually something a bit more serious than forgetting the shopping.
And any solicitor who asks for evidence for something for a tenner is taking the !!!! !0 -

I will try writing them a letter.
If it's a Subject Access Request, then the letter needs to go to their Data Controller. They may charge £10 for the service (and probably will).
