Photo 6 - hallway - I don't really want to see your coats and bike helmet :) Maybe just an umbrella if you need to demonstrate purpose.

I'd like to see a photo of the kitchen arrangement, not the dining arrangement. I'd also like to see a photo of the rear garden.

    Lovely house, beautifully decorated.

Photos only show 1 bedroom. I would assume the rest are tiny or not worth a pic? Something must be wrong with the other bedrooms if there are no pics?

There are no pictures of the kitchen?

The garden is high priority for us having 2 young children. Again, no photos of a back garden tells me its not up to much and not worth taking a photo of.

Needs kitchen and garden photos; the nook at the stairs top looks interesting but needs pic; no bathroom pic; pic of walk in pantry. What are the original features? Would be nice to see pics.

Also the ad is mute on parking situation.

    Xx

Lovely house. Seems to be lacking in photos though. I would expect at least 15. Definitely needs 1 of the kitchen and gardens. Good Luck xx

    It looks like lovely house.
I agree that you need more photos, so that all of the rooms are shown, and so the outside space is visible.

I's second the suggestion to take the cycle helmets and coats away for the pictures and any viewing - presumably that's the main entrance, so you want people to have a good first impression, and it is a lovely hallway!

I's also consider taking down the random calendar/posters on the right hand wall in pic 6.

The description makes it sound as though there is a good back garden and parking, so show that.

Definitely not a bad set of details. It really is nit-picky to get too critical on them - they'll more than do the job of getting people through the door.

If we're going to be nit-picky, though...

The one potential showstopper for a viewer is that the floorplan makes the bathroom look tiny. A pic could dispel that.

The kitchen pic - the Aga/Rayburn is far more worthy of inclusion ina photo than the cupboard door.
Are both bedroom pics the same room? There's four to choose from...
The upstairs landing pic doesn't add much.
    Where's the garden?
The garage - single? double? It's not on the floorplan.
Only three of the pics have captions on them.
Why only give the floor area in Dibnah in the main description? If you're only giving one measurement, it should be metric.

As others have already stated: a photo of the kitchen is needed and the bathroom (what's wrong with it if there is no photo at all?). There need to be more photos, including of the outside space.

Also the floorplan has one of the large reception rooms labelled dining room, but there's no sign of a dining table in there on the photo.

    Lovely house.

But yes, more photos of the working area of the kitchen really needed (I cook and I want to see what the preparation area looks like, and well, if you have a aga for goodness sake show it lol

One of the sofa cushions looks a bit tired. Its not totally necessary but maybe use duvet stuffing to restuff it and bulk it out a bit, or give it a good shake, arrange it so it stands straight. Or just get the useless photographer to take a photo at a different angle.

I might take some books out of the book case so it looks more leisurely rather than crammed (not major, and up to you).

The problem most definitely isn't your house. Its the photographs (and lack of them).
