Sorry all it's been a long night....
DS has finally left for his exam although whether he makes it to the end is anyone's guess.

The past 5 months have been hell...and I thank you for sharing it with me and when needed lifting my spirits.
I really have tried to take a positive approach to our situation but at times its been sooo hard
I've had some happy days and yep I carry on as normal on the face of it to most people .....but actually inside my heart is ripped in pieces...its a very slow process to mend and there will always be the scars of what has happened.

the wounds of our hurt have been weeping recently and for me it's about putting my DS first in the hope we can get him through his exams....

I would love a truly happy day.....

We are all here with you.

Grief leaves an open sore on the heart, it starts weeping when you least expect it, I know that even though I lost my mum 34 years ago it still catches me out, it never truly goes away but the days do get easier and you will one day find yourself feeling happy again, and you will feel guilty as hell about it, but time does at least partially heal xx
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

LEJC I so wish you a happy day. I can only guess at your pain, it is unimaginable. I just pray that time does help to mend your heart. We are all praying that your DS gets through his exams as best he can and we all feel how terribly proud you are of him.

I hope today is a good day.
