I know! What's going on there? I think BQ must live on the sunny side of town :rotfl::rotfl: Although to be fair mine were being overshadowed by weeds before last weekend

Ours are always overshadowed by something or other to keep neighbouring cats off the beds. So they always have a bit of an effort to poke up through. :o

Mr TS didn't check the weather forecast today. He planted out his beetroot seedlings just before the thunderstorm, the roads were flooded in half hour, guess that's what happens when you live in the southern tropics :rotfl:

DD3 came home from work to say water was coming up into the shop she works in, they had to close early and try and make sure nothing was dangling down to the floor.

Dilettante chocolate cherries and peanut butter flavour M&Ms :D

I found the mint m and M's very popular. Last time we bought 3 of every flavour we could find. Were great in kids Xmas stocking.

Your right, we are just chilling :) x

Good for you. Just enjoy yourself. The fact you are both out there being able to travel after everything is great!

naebarric - were the chocolates in A'ford or F'stone debenhams please? I thought they would be quite good prizes for a charity rafle.
I had a call from hopoint - they are repairing my tumble drier at the end of May. DH answered the call I told him to tell them we wanted a new one as it was not fit for purpose. They said it had to be a repair and this all had agreed with trading standards so we let it go. Wished I had insisted on a new one even though mine is over 5 years old.

F'stone store. N said they had a lot. Upstairs where you get your click and collect. You might get lucky.
Right I have discovered The Island with Bear USA so going to fall asleep in front of it.

Di I hope you are feeling reasonably comfortable.

it's been glorious here today. it certainly makes life more bearable.

Squigs made me laugh when we had our meet up. Someone asked her if she'd been on holiday because she is so well tanned......she just said 'nah it's wind burn' :D I loved it. There's nothing wrong with a beach face Squigs :D
I know we think we get to know people here but Squigs is 'an older' lady and the work she does for a lady of her age is astounding! I've personally seen how busy she is and how much hard work she puts in.

I was thinking about you today Squigs and hope you sold so much Ice cream you ran out :D :smileyhea

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

life is just like that sometimes. Hopefully you are very tightly cuddled up to your hubby :D it was obvious how much he means to you. love it, it's precious :smileyhea

I might go and give my own husband a cuddle. He wants to 'get married' again. I'm not convinced, I think we are ok as we are. But who knows? Maybe it's something he needs?

I do have a nice dress that needs airing.....

I think thats lovely that he wants to renew your vows, it dosent take away from the commitment you made when you got married. He might see it as a symbol of moving forward together, as you have and are still going through alot together :) x
