On another note - Why can't ITV and other TV companies provide the phone number that they will contact winners from?
Then everyone could log it in their phones, or is that too simple?

Haha already done that! It was mentioned on here before that one of the ITV numbers is/was 020 7156 2807 - although I expect there are several others. Basically, anything with a London 020 7- should be enough to make you answer
