Open a strip club!  :j
  • I want to go to Antarctica, the cruises cost thousands... that's going to be a very long way off. That's the only consistent dream I have really, everything else I chop and change my mind often.

Find, and be able to afford our dream home is another.

  • Fac - ever thought about working out another way to get down there?
Learn to sail and head off from one of the great capes?
Maybe crew on someone's yacht doing the same thing?
Might be some way of hitching a ride with fishing boats or research vessels?

All kinda long shot stuff but you never know what might happen - probably more involved than going on a cruise too. Having said that - I have no idea what would be involved in an antarctic cruise.
Everything looks better from the seat of a bicycle.

  • Once in a life time I would like to

    1. Take Mum to Grand Canyon
    2. Go to New Zealand, Austraila and Canada
    3. Get Married in Las Vegas ( bit of a long shot that one since there is currently no "Almost Mr Buffythedebt slayer " around.
    4. Be able to shop without worrying about money.

    Buffy
    Nevertheless she persisted.
  • I have done a couple of mine - seeing the pyramids and doing a parachute jump.

But I (we, OH and I) also want to take an extended period to drive around the USA, visit Australia and I want to go up in a hot air balloon (OH says he won't be joining me!)

Actually, most of my ambitions involve travel. I just really want to go everywhere Bill Bryson has gone in his books!

Plus we also want to be debt free and to move to a house where the kids can get more than just a bed in their bedrooms. (These two might be possible soon I hope)
