Bedrooms without windows?

This could be an issue, depending on how many floors the building has and how big the courtyard is. Here in Barcelona, most flats have some rooms that look out onto an internal patio for light and ventilation. It's ok if you're on a higher floor, but you need a light on in these rooms all day if you're going to do anything other than see where you're going. The bottom floors will be very dingy.I think the studio with room for two beds is an facing an internal courtyard.0

studio apartment, means really flat with a different name to attract more cash
Studio apartment means flat without separate bedroom, phrase has been in use for many years, more preferable than "bedsit"If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Never, nor would I buy a flat where the only windows were skylights. I like to be able see out.0

In Bedford 20 miles up the road from Luton, 4 office blocks have already been converted to apartments with 3 more undergoing conversion. I can see possibilities of 1/2 more going the same way.
In the town of my birth, it is former pubs, either converted to 3/4 apartments, or demolished and 4 houses erected on the site. Also garden grabbing is quite popular. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Would you buy a flat where the bedrooms have no windows?
I find the idea that there is a demand for this very strange.
refurbishment by Galliard Homes in Luton.
They are officially describing the properties as studios, but pricing as 2 beds.
This one even has 2 bathrooms.
This one only has one window in the entire property.
Properties without windows in Luton generally tend to sell for moreNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0
