Another parking fine question with a twist

Hi To recap, I was given the second NTK from my employer that someone originally said to appeal using the templates which i did and they sent back another NTK exactly the same demand only different dates giving 28 days etc. Someone then said they may not have stuck to whats in POFA2012 Schedule 4 as its a lease vehicle, but i'm unsure how I go about finding if they have or not or do I just assume they have and appeal again but using the POFA act as my defense.

Yes but did you email the appeal or do it online? Not in a letter, I hope.

Just appeal again stating that you have received a second letter but appealed on xx/xx/16 and you are waiting for your POPLA code.

As for checking if they complied, of course they didn't and you can find that by reading Schedule 4, the section about hire vehicles (it is the law but is just written in simple bullet points, really easy to read, and it's already linked in the NEWBIES thread).
