Another parking fine question with a twist

Hi people
I work in a care home and a few days ago my manager gave me a copy of a euro car parks fine as I had been the driver of the vehicle on that particular morning.
However the notice I've been given is the second letter now demanding £70, I have a colleague who has also been given a fine for the same carpark however hers is the first invoice so is currently £40.
Obviously the company I work for have left the fine kicking around somewhere and not forwarded to my manager to then raise the issue with me.
So the dillema I have is how is it best for me to proceed as I can't now appeal.

So to recap parking charge issued 24/02/16
I get given a notice to keeper from my manager25/04/16

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Regards
Dan

You may be too late, but unless you try you won't know. Appeal to ECP as the 'keeper' (you were the keeper on the day - different to registered keeper) using the blue text initial appeal template in the newbies sticky. Don't add or change anything in the template. As is, please.

Come back and let us know how they respond. Hopefully with a POPLA code, but if they don't, there remains another option to get to POPLA (by your company formally nominating the driver - that's not for now, but later maybe).

was the ticket placed on the car whilst at the care home and working?

you need your manager or other to ring ECP and get the ticket cancelled if your care home hired them

We need a bit more information. Who hired the parking parasites, the care home owner or a management agency for example?

Is there a white list or permit scheme in operation?

Have you asked your employer/landowner to sort his out?

Please give us as much information as possible as I am finding it difficult to understand why you are getting tickets at your place of work

the car park is off site from my care home ,i'd taken my client out and parked in the car park while he ate his lunch, I didn't realize they had installed anpr cameras that clocked me staying for 22 minutes i believe.
Then they sent the company i work for the invoice however the first I know about it is when my manager gave me the second invoice so which I did try appealing as advised by Umkomaas. However they have just resent out the same invoice which my manager has handed me.
the vehicle is a lease hire in my companies name.
