Thanks for the new thread link, Aesop. I hope you're OK:)
Very sorry to say I've absolutely no gains to report so know I won't make target this month despite getting off to a good start:(.
Lots of surveys done, a couple of books sold, cashback pending etc but no real money received since I was here last. Maybe there'll be a final flurry tomorrow, I live in hope;)
Spent most of yesterday doing a trawl of all the DIY stores and builders' merchants that were open within 35 miles of our home. Definitely NOT my idea of fun on a Bank Holiday weekend but OH needed to get some things to finish off the essential renovation project he's finally agreed to (after at least 15 years of [STRIKE]nagging[/STRIKE] encouragement from me). Price being the main/only decider for him we left perfectly acceptable stuff in one store to drive miles to another where they either didn't stock it or it was more expensive:(. Over and over again. I like a bargain as much as anybody but by the end I'd almost lost the will to live:mad:. He'd probably wasted more money on petrol than he might have saved anyway. What a day! And that's not the end as he now thinks we should have bought things from one of the earlier places we visited after all (we ended up coming home without a lot of what we needed to get) and wants us to go back again today. Well, sorry but he can go on his own this time as I've better things to do with my time;)
Have a good day, everyone:beer:. Sorry you won't be having a day off Lynne0 -
£3 from receipt hog from me so that's £272.70 for the month. I doubt I will have any more to add this month as I am working all day tomorrow and am working on a long article today which will be paid in June (hopefully). So I will be a little short of my target this month but I am still happy. I will see you all over in the June thread xTotal Debt [STRIKE]£25,460 [/STRIKE](23/02/2016) £13,416.94.(paid 48%)

Well, looks like another £6.25 to add from eBay, bringing total to £137.38.
However, we were gifted a lovely 6 seater garden table and chair set from friends of the in-laws on Friday, as they were getting a new set. We had been desperately trying to find a nice set that we liked for under £150, but not found anything ideal yet, so that, after getting them a nice bottle of Irish Cream and some choccies, has saved us a bomb for the next few years! They are very kind, but would only have taken it to the dump otherwise - I could sell it for about £100 easily were it not for the fact we're delighted to make use of it!!
Anyway, not really expecting any more now, but between that and my insurance savings this month, I'm quite happy
Happy bank holiday everyone!!! Hope you're all able to enjoy a little sunshine wherever you are£10 a day 2017 - APR £60.12 / MAR £82.24 / FEB £142.82 / JAN £241.240 -
Was doing brilliantly at the start of the month - then went away on holiday on the 13th and haven't done any money making since I came back either!
£50 bonus to add today for working the bank holiday which pushes me over £1000 for the money I've made doing this challenge this year!Money made on etsy in April: £0
Money made on ebay in April: £00 -
I can't see any more money making happening today or tomorrow, so I will declare £60.38 as my total for May. Not that great compared to other people but I suppose that's £60 I didn't have at the beginning of the month!0

I know there's still another day but I don't expect to stop tomorrow so I shall call it for May now with £165.22.
