I'm loving the new surveys on Qmee - my total is rising nicely!

I'm a taxi service until 6pm today so listing stuff will have to wait until afterwards. Such a fun way to spend the bank holiday weekend :D

    Hi everyone

Life is a bit rubbish at the moment and I think my OH will be moving out. Don't really know what else to say about that so will just leave it there

On a positive financial note I called Barclaycard this morning with a query on my account. I may have mentioned before that I have two cards with them both of which I had a 0% balance transfer on. I messed up with one of them when I didn't set up the direct debit in time for the first payment -thought I had done both but only done one. Anyway I don't get paper statements so hadn't realised I had been paying interest until I checked my online account a couple of months ago. I just chalked it up to experience ( after screaming, crying and throwing things for a bit) but when I spoke to them today I mentioned it and they said they will refund the interest and put me back on 0%

I am delighted! If they refund it all it will be over £250 so fingers crossed as that will make a big dent in the balance.

I also have £11.72 cashback to add from my 123 account so up to £125.26 for the month. Not great but I have had a lot going on and it's better than nothing.

Thank you for all your good wishes, I'm still hoping for a positive outcome but it is looking less and less likely

    Take care

I hope your ok obviously I don't know what your situation is but me and my OH were in the same place a year ago thought it was completely done and now we are in a better place than we ever have been so it might turn out well, if that's what you want. Keep your head up though x

Well, my house is getting emptier and emptier by the day.
Said goodbye to a couple of pieces of furniture for 110 and also ordered a bounts 10 garden gift voucher.
I've listed a load more stuff so hopefully that'll sell and I did a couple of hours of invigilation. It's all adding up...
    Trying to keep in budget.
