    Hi all

Have £4.95 cashback from Halifax and £5 found in washing machine bringing me up to £113.54

Things still pretty difficult here both financially and relationship wise. Would appreciate your prayers/positive vibes right now as struggling with it all.

Well done to all the money makers and hugs to all those struggling.

Claiming £2.80 from PA. Everything's really slowed down for me now, no way I'll get to my target :(

Sorry I haven't posted recently. Have builders in and electricity is off most of the day when they're working. Something wrong with my laptop battery (probably worn out:() and need to keep it permanently plugged in. More expense coming up when I least want it I expect:(.

No moneymaking to report except 2 Amazon sales still in pipeline plus 3 amounts of cashback still pending. Doubt I'll make my target this month unless I do a carboot sale at the weekend but OH has other plans for us so may not have the opportunity.

I did a £3 Populus survey which takes me up to £49 with cashout at £50. Just keeping my fingers crossed for another survey soon so I'll get my money. They only do it at the end of each month so it's probably too late to get the final survey needed to get paid this month now. Looking good for June though:j

Well done to all who've made any money lately. You're an inspiring lot:beer:

Sorry to hear that Sharon - sending big, squishy hugs and hope things soon improve for you

Hope your building work going well and it gets finished soon. Shame about the battery - mine's the same but I use it plugged in all the time. BTW it's actually cheaper than charging the battery and then using that :rotfl:

Still plodding along here and made £4.25 today on surveys.

Well done on all those managing to squeeze some pennies from all the various sources and hope you all have a good last few days of May.

While trying to keep out of the builders' way and avoid the racket they seem to be making (radio on full blast all day:() I've been keeping busy tidying up in the garden and garage. Unearthed 3 ornate Victorian? chimney pots hidden in the undergrowth for goodness knows how long. They'd belonged to my parents who used them as decorative garden features and we've had them here, unseen and unloved, for at least 5 years:o.

They're nice and ornate and I know there's a demand for them so I'm going to do a bit of research to find out a rough value and where to sell them. Someone else might as well enjoy them and I'll earn some much-needed money in the process:j

Thanks about the battery advice, Lynne. I didn't know the cost of it so I've learned something very useful:beer:

I don't mind keeping mine plugged in all the time as a rule but with the builders here and the electricity turned off for most of the day I'm a bit scuppered:(. They say they'll have finished this phase by tonight:j and won't be back for the final push until Tuesday. I can use as much leccy as I want in the meantime:j

Oh they sound lovely. Wish I had a garden and lived close by as I'd have them in an instance :)
