    Hi again everyone

Well I've not posted for about 5 weeks, after well and truly falling off the SW wagon. I really want to climb back on though if someone will help me up :D I think my mind needed a break from stressing about syns and hexs and everything else - it's really not what my body needed but hey ho. I've gained the best part of a stone :eek::eek: but I'm ready to get rid of it and more. I feel bloated and sluggish which I know is down to the lack of proper nutrition but I'm hoping I've got everything out of my system now and ready to get back in my size 12s (which I'm now bursting out of most unattractively :rotfl:)

So I'm back to meal planning and back to basics starting tomorrow. Writing everything down, weighing and measuring which will be weird after not doing so for a while but this flab's not going to shift itself. I have a food shop coming tomorrow and a muscle food delivery on Tues - I've never tried MF meats before but fancied giving it a go as they rave about it on Syns Allowed on FB.

I've not managed to catch up on the thread properly because I think I'd be reading all day :p but I hope everyone's well.

Back tomorrow with a meal plan for my 1st day back :)

Maman - there's not a problem if you just want to take 3 weeks off and then leave it 2 weeks after your holiday before weighing again - just book holiday for the 4th week.

However, my long holiday (nearly 4 months) it a bit more complicated as I don't think it will work booking a holiday every 4 weeks but not weighing at all; but on return to group, as a target member, it's just as though you've taken a break and gone back to group - as long as you're still within your target range it's as though you haven't been away (although I can's see that happening to be quite honest)! As long as you can get back into target range the following week it's still as if you've not been away but if you're not back in range you have to start paying again until you get back to target! At least I think that's how it works.

    Hope that all makes sense.

  • Just a quick fly by to report a 2 lb loss which I'm flipping delighted with!! I know it's slow but sure but it's the longest I've stuck to a diet (food optimising lol) in many years...I'm going to work hard this week to try and get 2.5 off which will give me my first stone off....I'm going to buy a 12 week countdown and get the diary next week.

Must dash - the family are arriving...good bye peace and quiet lol

Well done to all the losers and welcome newbies and returners!

Reporting a 1.5lb gain please shala

I don't really understand this. While I was by no means perfect last week it was my best week in a long time so was hoping for at least a half pound off. Going to be super strict this week with no cake. The only cakes I'm making this week are for my daughters birthday and we won't be eating them until after my next weigh in so I'm going to give it a really good push this week. Getting fed up of all the ups and downs.

    Afternoon everyone,

Lovely to seeing you popping in frogga and that you have found something that works for you. You've had great losses and well done on finding what triggers you to go astray. Looking forward to seeing your next update :) x

Great to see all the losses coming in along with the nice shiney awards - well done everyone :T

Don't worry too much candyapple I am sure you will be back on it now - you sound as though you have a plan. Good luck.

I feel your pain musogirl - the numbers on the scales quite often don't reflect how good/bad we have been. Last week if you remember, I stuck to plan and well within syn allowance except for a small fish n chips and small ice-cream sundae and lo and behold I gained 2lb . After doing SW for two years you would think I would be used to this happening but it doesn't get any easier to take. Hope we both get better results at our next weigh-in. Good luck.

Catch up with you all later.

Well lunch didn't go to plan! DD1 rang to say she'd fallen at netball this morning and sprained her ankle so we ended up going over to her house and taking her to hospital!

By the time we got back we decided to grab a quick ham & mustard sandwich so a few syns.

We've now got lamb chops 2 days running!

:o I always seem to start these posts with "I'm sorry I've been AWOL"......:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: but this week life just got in the way of computer time!

I sts on thursday's weigh in and I am rather disgruntled!! eating on plan, tonnes of body magic and plenty of water ....so who knows what happened!!

I'm really loving the boost from the exercise classes I've been doing. I got my bronze bodymagic award this week :D
aquafit, zumba, clubbersize.... love them! Any suggestions for other classes to try?

I haven't made the shops yet :o bank balance low and life just been hectic so we are having to be inventive with the freezer/cupboards until i can get to Aldi! :rotfl:Is it just me that finds some of these miss mash meals are the tastiest but can never quiet recreate them right :D

Too much exercise or a sudden increase in exercise can make your body react differently. Weight loss is a mystery especially when you're a woman!

Definitely! The week i'd been an angel and exercised was the week I gained 0.5lb.. stick at it Mary someone further up (sorry i'm having memory loss) said that it's best to look at your weight loss over a month as there are less fluctuations, it may be anything on that given day that affects it!

Did anyone got the SW magazine this month, really disappointed with it :( I don't think there's one recipe I like the look of, they all seem to be fish based _pale_

I've ordered myself a lovely SW diary from Eb*y this afternoon, I know the SW one is coming out soon but i'm going to compare the two and see which I like best then use that one :rotfl: The SW one has taken too long to come out and i'm impatient so I got one myself. I'll still get it as I want to get a countdown anyway to save money...

Had my pizza last night (half a large!) so line drawn and back on it today, however, we've nothing in the house till the shopping comes so I've struggled a bit

    B - none
L - WW petit pain (heb) chicken, BBQ sauce (1) egg, pickles (lots of) apple
T - Chicken jalfrezi(chicken, onion, peppers), cauliflower rice _pale_, SW bhajis, poppadum (2) mango chutney (2)
    S - crisps (7) milk in tea/cheese (hea)
