Still not sure what some people are smoking/drinking...

But as far as the BPA and regulation is concerned, I'm looking forward to seeing the proposals.

anyone left apart from PE this week ?

Yes, but it's getting to the point where you have to appeal to PEPLA - Parking Eye Penalty Lawfulness Authority,.

The Government Minister failed to appear and sent a video ??

More like knowing how volatile this subject is, he was not prepared to answer questions ...... the cowards way out.

"The government is unable to make an announcement, or even set a date when they can make an announcement"

So the government is prepared to allow this mega scam to continue ?
It's not Rocket Science what to do

The government soon got the hump after the High Court decision last week regarding "kids being taken out of school" and you can guarantee they will do something quickly ..... they can do it if they really want to ?

The funny moment seems to have been when Hurley and Davies offered to provide the single appeals service. This Laurel and Hardy duo really do live in the clouds don't they ?
Seems like Nicola Mullaney (ISPA) has sussed them out
I assume that the ISPA will be making their own statement about this meeting

Well done to the Prankster for his support in fighting this scam

A shame the government can't ban "tickets by CCTV" for private parking companies, as they do for some councils, as that would kill the business model of PE dead.

They might have to employ people to do proper car park management rather than leave it in the hands of a computer running semi-dodgy CCTV software which has a habit of losing when vehicles leave and re-enter the site
