The BPA ARE JUST TRYING .. PERIOD ?

They employed Wright Hassall for the stayed cases well knowing that Wright Hassall is a debt collector chasing parking charges.

It's just Dream World for the BPA.

The IPC is just a contrived Cash Cow to be ignored
