  • Wow, some fantastic results!

I am so tired today, these long days kill me. I must move more today though and get out for some fresh air as I feel a bit down today :(

Breakfast has been boiled egg with 1 slice of wholemeal toast.
Don't work Friday so haven't planned lunch or dinner yet as need to go shopping.

I WILL have a controlled weekend.

I think weekends are the worst time for staying on track. Too many temptations. But of course we will stay strong and not be tempted to stray (ahem!).

Well.... I've done better than last week as this week I've lost 0 which is a step up from gaining the week before. I'm also having a booze free weekend to see if that makes a difference... I don't think I drink a lot but this is where most of my weekend calories come from according to mfp so it's worth a try.

Off out for a long (if it doesn't rain) walk now to burn some calories.

Snap! wine is so high in calories which is my main issue on a weekend. Once I get a few glasses inside of me I then reach for the snacks. Good luck with your booze free weekend.

I don't like the idea of a booze free weekend :( But well done if you can do it.
