I've had a strip this morning.. The girls came in shouting .. OH was awake and then started having a top volume conversation/bicker with them .. I lost my cool and said they are all really rude and inconsiderate and threw them all out.. OH is now sulking!! I have tea in bed!! Big sulks!

I had been fast asleep and it was some god forsaken hour.. If I wake up I shush them and send them down and dress quickly so he is not disturbed I just get ignored and shouted over., well I had enough!!

Several appointments and calls to make today and I need to squeeze in a chemist run and I want to get some knitting done.. I am a not going to get half of it done I'm sure

Sorry to have been awol for so long; I've missed everyone but not managed to catch up yet. Thank you for the lists.

I managed to spring clean the dining room and the upper half of the kitchen, but the rest of the house is a tip. The cupboard under the front steps is slowly coming along and looking better than it has in years. I will get some order in there eventually. It helped getting rid of the monster dy$0n after I cracked and broke yet another chunk of plastic on it, and I realised that the stick cleaner is even more effective that the monster one. Besides which, the stick cleaner limits me to 20 minutes with it. No hardship there.
    Better is good enough.

Well that's not fair; after putting it off for a week, I have carefully hand washed 2 posh frocks, a skirt and a top then hung them on the washing line on hangers. 10 mins later it is raining;got dark in seconds. Sulk. Have a load in the WM as well.

    Report and a coffee next.

    Morning all.

Hugs, sticks, spoons & vibes to all.

Busy morning here. I've showered, changed my bed, been to Mr A, dropped books at school and I'm now home after the dentists. It wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. The most painful thing was her holding my chin so I expect I'll be nicely bruised tomorrow morning. :) Having said that I'm still numb so we'll see in an hour or so whether I feel the same :rotfl:I can't eat (and I'm not risking drinking either) until 12.15 but my tummy is starting to grumble so I need to find something to distract for me for an hour.

    This week:
    Laundry - light wash in.
    Phone VIP line
    Book Mr A delivery

I've been flat out since I got up...kids fed and delivered to school, chickens cleaned and have been let out into the orchard, boy pup to vets to check his ear infection has gone (it has), cousin round to borrow van, so cleared that out ready for him to use...

Kitchen in the caravan started. Work surfaces cleared and cleaned, all dishes scrubbed, floor throughout caravan hoovered. Dog tiddle on cage cleared up, dog bag binned and everything disinfected. Two loads of washing done and in the bumble.

Workmen booked for floor uplift starting Wednesday and organised the archaeologist who has to be in attendance in-case any historical remains are found. Reminded hubby to print off and bring home authorisation documents for this attendance.

Emailed surveyor to keep him up to speed and need to communicate progress back to the loss adjustor ASAP. Still need to finalise schedule of works for tendering and collate information to sort out finalisation of our contents claim...

Dining table cleared, cleaned and picnic bench hoovered and Febreezed to within an inch (the caravan honks of dog :( ) Hob cleaned and is now sparkling!

Still to do - fridge, kitchenette floor, which definitely has manky corners!! I've got a huge medicine box that needs sorting, so that will be my cupboard. Ironing still to do, but knicks and sox sorted already this morning...

Having a quick cuppa and a peanut butter sarnie, then back to it!
