I switch various utilities from time to time to ensure I'm on a reasonable deal.
Of all the companies I've dealt with over the years TalkTalk are the singe company I would NEVER deal with again. I moved after they were hacked last year and found them to be extremely slippery, bordering on dishonest. The representatives I encountered on the telephone were extremely stubborn and very obviously their responses were scripted.
Never, ever again could I deal with them.0
