Went town needed birthday cards for DIL, I also buy my daughters same time, January birthday and never any nice cards then, Toscos, got away with just what I wanted, 4 jars of mayo, on special £2, 4 boxes of Camomile tea, also on special £1 a box so signing off on May, edited my signature.
Do I need it or just want it.

  • Spent £10.49 in Morries and another £2.49 wasted in local newsagents. Should make it though, as month finishes Tuesday and I really don't need anything - hopefully don't have a mad moment. Happy Sunday everyone.

considering we had a five days away self catering I have done well this month and just under target. Have been eating healthily and using a lot more chickpeas, lentils etc which were in the cupboard anyway and very little fresh meat. So my total spend is £170.29/ £175 target. the added bonus is that I have treated myself to some much needed new clothes for Summer! going to try even harder next month!
must say NO to impulse buys!

Considering this has been my 1st month of the challenge and I have been addicted to top up shops I think I have done really well and today is one of the few NSD's!

    GC Jan '17 £237.54/£350

  • I spent another £5.96 yesterday in Lidl, seemed to get quite a lot. I have updated my sig. I have got tomorrow to get through, but I really don't need anything, so I'm going to declare at £96.63, which is just under, and move over to the June challenge. See you there people.
