HELP - Incorrect amount taken from credit card

Hi All, I need a bit of advice.
On the 7th April mytyres.co.uk had a pricing error on their website, I ordered four tyres for £120 and recieved an email confirmation confirming the price.
On the 12th of april I recieved a dispatch notice with with parcel tracking details, on this notice the price had been changed to £330.
I had no other communication from the company regarding any change to the price.
What are my rights here? Obviously Im disputing the payment with my credit card company but do i have to pay the 330, do i have to send the goods back etc etc?
Thank you

You need to speak to the supplier and find out why they have done this.0 -
well i assume the correct price is the amount they charged to my card but this wasnt the price i ordered at on the 7th April0

As above, you really need to speak to them to find out what has happened.
But in a nutshell, no - they can't charge you the more expensive price because thats not what you offered or agreed to.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
What did your confirmation email say?0

That's totally different different0 -
Looks like the company aren't familiar with how law works.
They company you contract with is located and registered in the UK - yet they try to apply german law to the contract.
The only way that would be valid (the german law being the governing law) would be if you contracted with a german company, paid the german company and the UK company role was purely as a contractor of the german company to provide services for them (in other words, how amazon are set up).You keep using that word. is it tho?
perhaps it might be in the small print at mytyres.co.uk , there will be a section about errors and omissions
they accepted the order took a "hold" of money and printed the final invoice on day of dispatch , by which time the error had been spottedSave a Rachael
