I don't want to sound too hopeful...but OPKs do act like pregnancy tests...so you never know!!

    Thanks for the list Newthrift!

Does anybody have any good tips for passing the time during TTW? I kind of almost feel like this is my first proper one and it's driving me mad already!

Work is quiet so days are long and we're trying to save some pennies so don't have any plans for outings! Xx

So according to calculations, AF is due tomorrow. Certainly this week. But I know after MC then it can take longer to return.

I have had the odd breast tingle and I have been weeing all day long today. Trying not to get hopes up but I logged into my FF app and these are the symptoms I had leading up to my BFP. Going to wait as long as possible before testing and OH away anyway.

Clarabell - this won't be everyone's cup of tea but I am planning on drinking as much alcohol as possible :D. Not becoming an alcoholic but making plans to meet the girls for lunch/drinks and going out with the OH and letting hair down. I really missed it during the 3 months I abstained and so I am trying to make the most of it in case life changes again soon. Other than that, get a good book and try and plan things on some evenings and on the weekends so you have something to look forward to. The 2 weeks will fly if busy :)

    Thanks Rachy!

I've been trying to stay off the drink which is really hard :rotfl: I bought some nice bottles of red wine for last weekend as I thought I was expecting AF then never got to drink them as got positive OPK, was gutted! Wanted to do everything I could to try and make it happen this cycle.

We have just found some cinema vouchers so going to go on Saturday :T

Apart from that, I have a massive frame that needs filled with photos so that could maybe be a project along with getting a new book xx

clarabell as rachylou said its the art of distraction by anything to be honest haha! Books, going out, a craft project or something maybe? Organise/declutter a room or area in the house. I find not having any tests in the house has helped me, but that's because I also can't go buy them easily where I live (no shops in Walking distance).

We are heading out this weekend and although I am not planning to drink heavy, I'm going to allow myself a couple. I have pretty much given up drink full stop since end last year but I did drink on holiday and I felt more relaxed allowing myself the odd one rather than nothing at al.
Rachylou enjoy a few nights with the girls and drinks :D also FX for you.

clarabell this might sound a bit out there but I used to make scrapbooks/boards as a craft project in my 2ww - I got pieces of A3 card and cut pics out of a magazines of things that inspired me, like happy families, babies, healthy eating/fitness, quotes etc - a bit like a mood board. It was all a bit hippyish but I think the visualization helped me stay a bit more positive and it kept my hands busy from googling symptoms! x

Clarabell - keeping active is a good one. I've found that anything that keeps me away from the computer is good, as it stops you googling synptoms :) For me, it's playing tennis, gardening and baking (all of which are good for me!). And yes, having the odd drink or two

    Thanks everyone for your suggestions!

Unfortunately I work in an office so quiet times are difficult not to google pregnancy related things :rotfl:

I cook dinner every evening after work so that occupies a good couple of hours at least. Our garden is DH's project so I don't get involved :rotfl: Mostly just watch the soaps and wash my hair of an evening! Rock n roll!!

The weekend will be the hardest for me, especially with DH working OT. Friends need months notice ( a bit of an exaggeration! lol) to make plans with. They all have kiddies and work so we don't see a lot of each other at the best of time.

Our weather has been terrible so not really been able to get to do much or feel motivated when it's bucketing with rain!

I've been trying to lose a bit of weight so staying off the vino should help me with that too :T

I am trying to remain positive that something will happen, whether it be BFP or AF, would just be gutted if i didn't ovulate. Also will try my hardest to refrain from POAS, but I have got a few cheapies and FR in, just in case :)
