Glad I am no the only one Butterfly! Haven't had anymore CM since then and not feeling any different at all, however I am only 5dpo so still early, but last month I had every symptom in the book and AF arrived so this month I'm trying not to analyse myself and will just wait for AF/BFP.
I am not sure when AF is actually due, based on my cycle length it could be Tues/Weds next week. But I ovulated later this month so based on that, its next Saturday.
Has anyone ovulated later and have it affect their cycle length? x0 -
Hi yes if I ovulate later it def affects length. Your luteal phase tends to stay the same - mine is always 12/13 days after whenever ov is. So if ov moves my cycle moves :-)Officially Mrs B as of March 2013
TTC since Apr 2015, baby B born March 20170 -
clara take your longest cycle (excluding the last very long one) and then add a couple of days - 1 week I would say.
Thanks newthrift, my longest was 45 but that was my very first after coming off the pill. My next longest was 38 days. CD38 is next Monday so I will maybe leave it until next weekend to test if AF not showed by then.
I feel terrible this morning. Woke up feeling very sicky and pounding headache but there are a few bugs going around work just now and i'm really nervous about what to expect at the hospital laterMy CM isn't as creamy now either but still pretty wet.
Mouse, I hope you are feeling better soon and don't worry about the list xx
Rachey, enjoy your wine! :beer:0 -
Meep sorry the witch got you.
Mouse sorry to hear you weren't feeling well.
So I had my first acupuncture session last night, she's pretty certain I'm not oving & she thinks my hormones are very out of whack. It's really disappointing obvs & I feel like I've wasted the past year, but on the plus side at least I'm doing something about it now. She's sent me loadsa links for supplements & gave me advice on diet. If I follow everything she's recommended I'm going to need a 2nd mortgage :mad:0 -

Hi Angel, my acupuncturist gave me some advice on diet as she said she thought I had a vitamin deficiency but never recommended any supplements. I have read before people taking supplements but it's never something she has mentioned to me. Maybe you could ask her if they are really neccessary?
Did she give you a timescale of how long it may take her to re-balance your hormones?0 -
angel i'm so sorry to hear that! but fx this is a turning point for you!!Officially Mrs B as of March 2013

Meep sorry AF got you.
Rachy I can totally understand re: the pg test. I hope you're feeling alright but can empathise if you're not. 6 months later and I know I'm still not myself. It's changed me. It's changed my outlook on life but then again so has the counselling. The counselling in more ways than just the MC (I used to be an overreacting worrier but have calmed down a bit now). I'm sending you the very best well wishes.
angel sorry you've not had the best news but hopefully this is the starting point to straightening your hormones out.
I've had a cough/cold since Sunday so haven't been feeling great and haven't been checking back as much as I normally do. So sorry if I've missed something. I'm having a difficult week. AF and EDD are painful reminders and difficult to deal with.0 -
Hi all - this is going to be my last post on the thread. Unfortunately I received the results of our fertility tests today. The long and short of it is that it's going to be pretty near impossible for me to conceive naturally (combination of male and female problems). They have advised IVF and suggest that I start it asap if I want to go that route.
I'm pretty devistated. Particularly after looking at the odds for someone my age.
But life goes on. I will have a think about the options.
Sending you all buckets of baby dust and extra best wishes to those who've had some bad times recently xxxx0 -
Meep so sorry to hear your news, I really hope you have the space & info you need to make the best decision for you & your dp. Take care of yourself xxx
Clara she's suggested it could be several months, while I'm really disappointed with that, at least I know what to expect & be getting my hopes up unnecessarily.0 -
Meep meep - I am sorry to hear of your news
Wishing you all the luck and best wishes for whatever route you and your partner decide to go down xxx Take care
Angel, I was told the same timescale so happy to hear there is consistency there but sorry that's disappointing for you. If that was what brought on OV and AF for me in May then it only took 3 or 4 sessions for me so fx for the same for you!
Off to gynacology appointment now, wish me luck!!0
