I guess I’m just worried about things ‘working’ down there, my sister has PCOS and has irregular periods so I’ve always had it in the back of my head that it could be an issue for me too so having no period and not be expecting is a worry.
Good luck with your tests, everything is crossed it’s good x0 -
CD1 for me
TTC can do one. Not coping with this "journey" at all.Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock0 -
Sorry about AF Aunty Pickle, the TTC Journey can be a !!!!!! at times, we're all here for you if you need to vent.
I'm a week in to the tww and i'm starting to get itchy about testing, not sure why as we only BD'd once so i'm pretty sure we wont get a positive this month.
I was going to update the lists but as there's only 3 of us mulling about, is it worth it?0 -
Maybe just do them every week or so now skimper, as there isn't so much to keep track of anyway. Hopefully some more people will delurk and join soon
Ah Aunty Pickle it can be so disheartening sometimes! I have found it very difficult the last couple of months, especially as so many other couples that got married about the same time as us are now pregnant. I'm very happy for them but it also highlights to my brain that we're not! OH has his appointment with a specialist in April so hoping they actually give us some information and prescribe something to help!0 -
Been feeling pretty sleepy today & stomach cramps. CD25 so AF is due any day now, ovia predicts wednesday, I usually get a few days of spotting before it fully starts so if nothing before Wednesday, I'll test then.
Oh has his testing pot from the doctors, he's going to ring tomorrow & hopefully we can pop it in next week. Didn't realise how strict the rules were, we have to take it to the lab within 1 hour & keep it warm.0 -
How are you getting on Skimper? It is really strict for the SA isn't it? Sadly for my OH he had to 'produce' at the hospital. Did you get the results of your blood test? My OH has an appointment with a specialist department in April, which seems so long away right now! But hopefully time will pass quickly.
Fertile week for us now. Even though we know there is basically no real chance of us getting a BFP it doesn't hurt to give it a go anyway does it? And at least it's enjoyable too hahaha0 -
Cd28 today, light pink spotting, so see how we go over the next few days. Pretty sure AF will turn up though.
I've got an appointment for the end of the month to find out the results. I couldn't get in any sooner. I'm taking it they havnt found anything serious otherwise they would have got me in sooner.
We live a good 20-25 mins from the hospital we have to go to, so OH may have to produce at the hospital too! Don't think OH has booked his appointment yet.
No harm in trying PKK!0 -
It's strange how different areas do things differently. I got my results over the phone 3 days after the blood test similar to how you would for any blood test. However I've had friend whose doctors referred them and then they had the blood tests at the fertility clinic and they had to have appointments to get the results. There was quite a wait for my OH's appointment so try to get him to book it soon if you can, and make sure you get him to ask if there is anywhere to produce at the hospital. My friends OH presumed he had to do it there so went off to the fertility clinic and was told he should have done it at home, so poor lad had to find a quiet toilet as they didn't have any rooms!0

How are you getting on skimper?
My temps are all over the show this month and don't seem to show ovulation yet, which is unusual, so will just see what happens over the next couple of weeks with my temps and when AF arrives.0 -
Nothing to report here, fertile week starts at the weekend, so going to give it a good go this month.
Oh still hasn't booked his appointment, but I'd rather he book in towards the end of the cycle so it doesn't interrupt fertile week.
Fingers crossed for you ppk, and hope the temps sort themselves out.0
