Sorry to hear you have both had no luck either!
Sadly AF has reared her ugly head this afternoon for me. Given I'm told I ovulated I feel deflated that it hasn't worked. And with the broken ankle BDing isn't going to be easy this cycle!

I understand your frustrations PKK. I timed everything perfectly this month and I’m deflated too. My spotting has got more red so won’t be surprised if AF arrives during the night/tomorrow. Not sure I want to TTC for a few months as I’ll have the awkward ‘not drinking at christmas’ conversations to deal with. Ugh.. think I’m just in a bad mood about it all.

PKK Skimper & Busy sorry to hear AF has or is on her way. Busy I understand what you mean about just being in a bad mood about it all, I find that I’m not so much angry or upset about it, more just generally down about it. I also agree with you on the Christmas point, it’s part of the reason I’ve decided not to worry about drinking alcohol etc after this month. I was hoping we’d be able to tell people by then we were expecting but if not I’d rather avoid the questions.

Still no sign of AF. Pretty sure this means that the CM I was having between days 23-33 of my cycle must have been ovulation related rather than being a pregnancy symptom. Though seems very long to be OV related. Haven’t had any now for a couple of days, we did BD a couple of times while I had it so just have to wait and see now. Not overly impressed with having another long irregular cycle. I’ve now been off the pill for over a year and they are still not in a regular pattern. If no luck this month I think I will see my Gp but due to my weight I feel I will just be told to lose a bit and dismissed.

Buttermint, I am worried that my weight may prevent them taking further action with fertility testings/treatment. I have put on 2 stone since we married 14 months ago and my BMI is now back in the obese category. However to reassure you this wasn't even questioned when my doctor referred me for the initial blood test - so definitely go to your doctor!

I must have got up 4-5 times in the night to check on AF. Still hasn’t fully shown, more spotting and old dried blood but only when wiped. So strange.

Further to my last I decided to take another test and I am sure I can see a second line. Maybe it’s my eyes I don’t know but it’s stronger than the last test I did on Sunday morning.. but if I’m starting to bleed then I’m not sure this is gonna stick. So I’m still in limbo not knowing what to do.

Had a lovely weekend away and have refocused my attention back to my hobby of horse riding & I am only logging my period dates into my Flo app. Have a few nights out planned this month and I will be drinking.

Everyone says it's when you stop thinking / stressing about it that it happens. Either way I'm focused on other things and I'm feeling much happier!

Busy if it was me I would maybe get a CB digital and try it with FMU in the morning if you can. At least that would be a clear answer rather than trying to see a second line?

The blood could just be old blood coming out, quite common in early pregnancy from what I’ve read.
