I never would have thought this but can I pls join?
This thread was a lifesaver for me when trying for my daughter back in 2012 (and before). My fiance died when I was 14 weeks pregnant and I would have never thought that I would fall in love again. But it happened and we have decided to try for a baby. I am currently on CD3 and this will be the first month we try. I will be 39 this year and very much aware that I don't have much time left. It took 2,5 years to concieve my daughter and just hoping that this time it will take less.

Welcome Kavics
Well, i thought we would be out for this cycle however one of my apps has ovulation as yesterday and we managed a lot of BD over the 3 days. The other app has Wednesday, if that's the case we are definitely out for this cycle. I cannot check as i am in the clear blue no OPKS group.
So i'm either in the if in doubt zone or TWW....0 -

Cd7 today. I've tried taking soy isoflavones this cycle from cd3-7. Hoping it may bring forward my ovulation a little bit as it didn't happen until cd23 last month!0

Hey all, well AF made herself known to me finally! The cramps and backache were awful. It was a 45 day cycle, following my 49 day cycle last month. I really hope this isn't a sign of a new cycle length as that doesn't give us many chances to get pregnant! Our property sold last week so we are currently viewing lots of houses, and it looks like we are putting an offer in on one tomorrow!
I hope you are all getting on ok0 -
I'm pleased she finally showed herself PKK at least the wait is over and you can now look forward to BD'ing more. Also fantastic news on the house! Congratulations
Well i thought we were out of it this month, then we had two different dates showing on 2 apps. Sunday (we BD) and Wednesday which with OH doing 12hour nights i thought there was no chance of us BDing. i didn't tell him what days ovulation were this month as i didnt want him to feel disappointed or that it was his fault.. Anyway, he came in this morning full of beans and we BD! total suprise to me so now we are definitley in with a shot!
PKK please can I moved to the Two Week Wait zone tomorrow?0 -
KittyKat - glad your AF finally arrived, and hope your normal cycle length resumes for you. Good luck with the house offer!
I am so excited to say, after months of bleeding thanks to the depo and feeling really miserable with it, I'm actually ovulating today! Confirmed with a very positive opk this morning, and now having my typical ovulation pains. Hooray. Hoping we can sneak in one more BD tonight, although not sure how effective it'll be given that ovulation is already happening, but our last time was on Sunday so don't fancy my chances this month. I think the preconception vitamins I've been taking have definitely helped in me getting my regular cycle back anyway, and have completely stopped having coffee.
Good luck everyone.0
