Vitamin B6 is supposed to help with a luteal phase defect, no idea if it will, but it won't do any harm anyway. I'm taking B complex as I read it's best in combination with the other B vitamins, and I don't take any multivitamins. It does have folic acid in it, but only 200mg, so am going to take my 400mg on top of it after I confirm ovulation.

Im in the 2ww wait too cherry and hotcookie.. managed to bd exactly on ovulation day whereas in past i've either been day early or day after so fingers crossed that does the trick!
House is fab thank you for asking ladies, got the keys and am now deep in painting and decorating mode! Having the bathroom ripped out and replaced which will be fun to live with for a few days.

Hi all

Thought I'd check in and see how everyone is doing?

According to my Ovia app I'm actually on CD26 today, though think that's because it classifies my pre-AF spotting as CD1 etc. Think I'm due on Friday or Saturday. Feeling a lot more relaxed this month, although also not too hopeful as I think we BD'd too early on. Started using Clearblue digital ovulation tests and BD'd on the flashing smiley days but not the non-flashing smiley days (poor husband was knackered!) but fingers crossed.

Thrift I've added you to the 2WW but left you at CD23 as you said it was spotting but if you want me to move you forward just let me know. How many dpo are you?

Thanks for doing the list Kristy I think I'm 9dpo, and tomorrow should be 10. Have been having a lot of pain in my pelvis the last 2 weeks so off to doc tomorrow as thinking I've got a UTI Never had one before but it seems to fit the symptoms.. anyone else had one?

Oh you poor thing Zeni, I've had one. I had the usual pain peeing, and stomachs ache, but more than that the whole-body exhaustion! I asked to work from home, and ended up sleeping all day. Antibiotics cleared it up pretty quick. Hope you get some relief soon.

Thanks for doing the lists Kirtsy, and I hope Twigpig is alright. Maybe she's a parliamentary candidate, been busy electioneering?
