And also put me in the wine and chocolate zone on CD1... Went from a 32 day cycle to a 27 day one, thanks a lot body of mine!

Thanks for the suggestion Cats. I've thought about that but as I usually have a 10 day luteal phase and my spotting started 10dpo I think it may just be a bad unsettled period even though I came off the pill Feb 15. Gahhh I wish I had never taken the pill lol.

Midget I've similar feelings about the pill - periods are very regular, but 10 months after coming off it, I still feel like my hormones are messed up :mad::mad::mad:

Thanks all, had a nice wee night in London last night with colleagues and the awards do is tonight. Have some meetings first though - dull!

Were you petal?! I was a bit nervous about booking it! When I tell people, they look at me a bit funny when I say Ibiza :rotfl: My clubbing days are well and truly over!!!

Why do AF & Preg symptoms have to be so similar :mad:
