I have my 1st fc appt tomorrow. Totally freaking out about it, even though I know it's totally illogical. I've got yoga tonight, so fx that helps to calm me down.

Angel hope yoga has relaxed you and that all goes well tomorrow. I think it's natural to worry also a bit behind but thank you for the info the other day, I have read it a couple of times actually.

Slinky FX no AF turns out to be a good thing. Hands up to you have the patience of a saint after 4 1/2 years. We started last Novemeber so not quite a year.

I haven't been reading for the last month or so, I'm 13dpo and AF usually arrives at 16dpo. Pretty sure she's on her way as I have pmt symptoms. Praying I'm wrong though!

Had fc appt, turns out hubby has high level of anti-sperm antibodies & they recommend ivf, probably a year wait for treatment. Feeling pretty gutted tbh

Angel really sorry to hear your news. How come you will need to wait for a year, are they trying other things or is it waiting lists? Sending hugs

The waiting list is 9-10 months. I've to get a few more tests done before they put us on the waiting list - they took bloods today to check my ovarian reserves, and I've to get my tubes checked (hsg??) but the waiting list for that is 3 months. They'll only put us on the waiting list once I've got those results back.

I was just about to ask the same question as easilydistracted but just seen the waiting time/test info. I'm really sorry angel that it wasn't happier news. I know it possibly isn't any consolation but at least they are able to do something and it isn't a flat no. Sending hugs x

Hoping AF fully goes today, had just spotting last couple of days. Slightly longer than prev times but thinking waaay back to last year I would deem it was actually more 'flow' then couple days spotting and I would normally be 5/6days TMI sorry

I've noticed that from how relaxed I was last cycle I have become very anxious the past few days. Think I need to take myself a short walk or something daily to try and help me relax. I'm getting worked up over anything specific just general life. Hmmm...maybe i'm more ready for a holiday than I thought.
