    There is absolutely no way a card issuer would use chargeback or section 75 in this scenario. Court is the only option but i'm sure i'm not the only one that thinks taking this action would be a waste of time and money.

    OP, just accept this was your fault and move on. You've already said that the company confirmed they don't have 24 hour telephone cover, i can't see why you're pursuing it.
