I'm glad I don't use them anymore.
I was made redudant just after spending about £250 with them and couldn't afford the repayments so had to offer token payments which they refused - I actually sold most of my possesions to pay it off, but alas, too late.
My credit score has been shocking since then, this was late 2010 early 2011, so i'm hoping my score improves next year.
Sorry that you got made redundant that's awful that they turned down token payments
