The Op has had plenty of good advice, but why hasnt she been back on to read that advice and to remove her details.
there is enough info about regarding shysters who are looking to steal your details!!!!!
Probably because she didn't get the answers she expected.
Or it's bit of trolling, though I doubt it.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0 -

Maybe she's being held for ransom by the Horwich Popular People's Front after posting her name and address on the internet?
Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0 -
We were on that flight too and it was as horrendous as the poor lady describes. Let's be clear here, this is not about the delay but conditions for six hours you wouldn't leave a dog in in England! My healthy seven year old son spent the first day in bed with heat exhaustion and dehydration. Luckily I had taken photos of him on the plane and afterwards which clearly show his condition. I got nowhere through the normal procedures but fired off an email to the ceo of the company (which can be found online) and the matter was dealt with and resolved to my satisfaction quickly. Good luck to you.0

I have no idea of your point?? I'm simply saying that we got a full apology and admittance of failures from Thomas cook especially when provided with photos of my child stripped to his underwear and being sick. I don't understand what your point is!0

Please, do share, what brought you here? You obviously wouldn't have been googling Thomas Cook, Cancun, flight problem unless you were incredibly curious to see who else was struggling to complain about the same flight. Have you done it to find such people and help them? That's really good of you
