I reported the OP in the hope that someone at MSE towers might edit the post and remove the personal details.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

How did you word your complaint to Thomas Cook (I'm assuming you have made a complaint as you have a reference number)?
I have a sneaky suspicion that this is just a copy & paste of the complaint she has made to TC

Just recovering from any serious illness and choosing to travel half way across the world ...meh....
The complaint is too long focus's on your illness, which isn't TC's fault and not the delay/conditions, thats the only part you will/may see success on.0 -
It's Sunday - clearly the weekend shift for MSE take no notice of reports -even when they clearly need to take action and remove the personal detail.
<sigh>I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -

True but people also have to take responsibility for their own actions.
The OP has not been back since 10am this morning despite the post 10 minutes later advising the OP to remove personal details.0 -
Hardly risky having personal info like that posted, after all, it's just a random name and address to 99.9% of usChange is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0

Anyone foolish enough to post their name and address and personal details could fall for any scam going.
Wouldn't be surprised if she gets loads of mail from people offering to get compensation for her. With enough information from what was posted they can be convincing.
Also the risk that people will contact her claiming to be from Thomas Cook...and then there is the snake charmers who will offer cures.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Whilst the delays and issues on the first day of the holiday were certainly far from ideal I'm not sure how you can claim that they "ruined" the holiday. Cut out the drama, the shouty stuff, and the hyperbole and stick to the facts.0
