Good Afternoon
Been lovely today just a tad windy
New levels on Candy :T
tweets.I have only ever been to Manchester once.It was some years ago and I had a meeting in Rochdale so flew from Gatwick to Manchester.
When we set off the weather was bad and when it was time to land there it was thundering and lighting.
The pilot tried to land twice. He got within about 20 feet of the runway and had to change his mind and ascend up again. He did this twice. On the 3rd try he said if we didn't land this time he would have to divert to Liverpool.
We made it the 3rd time and was the last plane to land that night.
So all I remember about Manchester is the weather:rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I also notice that in clothes shops 90% is directed at woman and the choice for men is very poor..Come on retailers us men like a selection of clothes too...Don't be so sexist...and where are our sales rails...:rotfl::rotfl:
No luck with the bargains to be had in Morries...disappointed I went and bought six oak veneer doors for the house...I thought I'd better start putting a door or two on some of the rooms...Visitors have no doors on the bathrooms or toilet....:rotfl::rotfl:..Can be embarrasing if someone lets go of something quite loud...:rotfl::rotfl:..or pongy...:o
I am orf in the garden for a bit...I think I can get a few hours in before I'm out this evening..Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful day..It is 19 degrees here...My DS tells me its 20 in Southampton and my DD tells me its 12 degrees in West Wales...

Don't you think u should pop a door on first ..... Some elite members may want to drop in and spend a penny0 -
But Rose if you are employed as his book keeper then surely it should be your issue....I get the feeling that should anyone investigate this further then he wouldn't think twice about claiming it was an area he left with you to deal with.
His personal wealth or cars held within the family are his own business though and sorry I think you shouldn't really make reference to them now when your original query was over whether you should have received your salary from last month by now.
It feels a little like we are now able to dissect this guys business on a public forum and I do wonder about the amount of information that has perhaps already been shared...sorry
At the end of the day its your call...you need to decide if this company is where you want to continue to work....you haven't been happy there for some time the fact that your employer is now choosing to pay you late should be helping you to make your mind up as to if it is financially viable or indeed practical to stay with the company
Wish you luck whatever you decide
I have deleted the post as people are right I shared too much info. However regarding the cars they belong to the business not the family which is why I mentioned them. Sorry. I need to think seriously about this tonight and make a decision. I have a private pension I could draw some from while looking for another position and I also do a bit of EBay so could make some from that. Last week I took over £170.00 for all my old Marathon medals and paraphenalia that I have been given in the last 10 years of working on it. My DD and I are looking for a product we could market on Ebay etc as I want to make a bit of money before I retire and she wants to find a home based business for after the baby comes. I also have 3 possibly 5 days work for my sister at the end of the month and intended to take at least a week or more off to help my daughter with the baby. Think I will have to talk to him and be honest and say I dont think he values my work anymore and as I almost have the books straight he could get someone else. As they say life is too short.0 -

Rose...for what it's worth...I think you are a really lovely genuine person who really wants the best for your family....but I also think you are too trusting of others and on occasion can become too involved with details that perhaps arn't yours to disclose
All too often we all sometimes say a little more than needed on this thread probably because we do genuinely feel we are talking amongst friends and forget the whole interweb can read......
I really do wish you all the best with whatever you decide regarding your job...but you are worth more than being taken for a fool who doesn't get paid on time xfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

OMG that sounded awful I pity those who are scared of flying when plane does that
My DS says weather is a lot better in Liverpool and Chester than here. He's used to leaving work in Chester in fine weather and by the time he gets To my house he's wet and if he going out asks have I got a brolly. He knows I don't use them but normally find him one.0
