    Good morning all..

Rose....I think you should have certainly been paid by this morning.
I picked up on the first post of yours where you mentioned that your employer said that the company account may be nearing its overdraft limits...umm it does sound as if there may be cash flow issues in the air....and this may also explain why he's looking to reduce your hours wherever possible to the bare minimum that he can afford until maybe trade picks up.....
Whatever....I hope its sorted for you soon one way or another.

Carlings not playing today and the free ones havn't reset but its not a biggie...I've found charlie wells is very happy to supply the free stuff too at the moment.
Its not that bad either....little stronger than our usual lagers but perfectly drinkable!
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

The only cash flow issue is that he has an offset mortgage and any monies in the account are hived off to be in his current account to offset the mortgage. It is a car/van hire and sales business and he takes a £100.00 deposit for hire and when the vehicle is returned he returns the money but even that he drags his heels on as he is loath to let money leave his account and I regularly have to remind him to do them as I update the system every Tuesday. All the other 3 staff get paid monthly but he pays them some each week and balances it up at end of the month. Business is a bit quieter at the moment but I have plenty to do with year end and VAT. Even VAT not straightforward as he wants it to be a certain figure each quarter so I have to manipulate the figures to suit. And yes we did discuss reducing my hours when I asked for more money which I consider a cheap shot.
