I'm having terrible trouble with them. I've just sent them this email.

I am writing with regard to the IPint app and the problems I am encountering but, quite frankly, I don't know where to start,

On my first claim I made the mistake of buying 2 packs (one 4 pack and one 15 pack) on the same receipt and the 15 pack was rejected as "this receipt has already been submitted". Although quite honestly I don't really see why it wasn't paid as I had bought both products and both were on receipt. I do accept that the rules state separate receipts so I then went on to buy another 15 pack and resubmitted my claim. It was rejected again this time for "This receipt has the date and time of purchase missing" I can't understand this as the time and date are clearly shown on the photo submitted. I have now resubmitted the same photos and await the outcome.

Apart from the one claim above for a free 15 pack all of my other claims have been for free 4 packs . That said on several occasions I have redeemed a free 4 pack only to find that a different item from my wallet has been submitted with that receipt. I have then gone on to redeem the free 4 pack that I wanted to redeem in the first place and this has been rejected as "this receipt has already been submitted"

In total I have redeemed 4 free 4 packs.
    1 paid correctly.
1 has been incorrectly put against a £1 off 4 pack and £1 paid instead of the full price.
1 has been incorrectly put against £1 off 12/15 pack (rejected) and reclaim then notified as "receipt already submitted"
1 has not yet been notified but has been incorrectly put against £2 off 12/15 pack (rejected) so I am expecting this to come back as "receipt already submitted"

I still have all of the receipt photographs on my phone so I can resend these to you if required.

My registered IPint mobile number is xxxx.

I look forward to your reply.
    Regards,

    Anyone else having similar problems?
    SnS

Looks like you are having a nightmare with it:eek::eek:
I've only had issues with 2 receipts as 1 was redone and the other not a clue which receipt it was as I was claiming for a few ;)
