I'm waiting for a few to go through then I will put the next few codes in and see if it's different for me:o I'm only doing 2 claims at a time as I had a receipt not go through and not got a clue which one it was:o:o:eek::eek::eek:
I'm having terrible trouble with them. I've just sent them this email.
I am writing with regard to the IPint app and the problems I am encountering but, quite frankly, I don't know where to start,
On my first claim I made the mistake of buying 2 packs (one 4 pack and one 15 pack) on the same receipt and the 15 pack was rejected as "this receipt has already been submitted". Although quite honestly I don't really see why it wasn't paid as I had bought both products and both were on receipt. I do accept that the rules state separate receipts so I then went on to buy another 15 pack and resubmitted my claim. It was rejected again this time for "This receipt has the date and time of purchase missing" I can't understand this as the time and date are clearly shown on the photo submitted. I have now resubmitted the same photos and await the outcome.
Apart from the one claim above for a free 15 pack all of my other claims have been for free 4 packs . That said on several occasions I have redeemed a free 4 pack only to find that a different item from my wallet has been submitted with that receipt. I have then gone on to redeem the free 4 pack that I wanted to redeem in the first place and this has been rejected as "this receipt has already been submitted"
In total I have redeemed 4 free 4 packs.
1 paid correctly.
1 has been incorrectly put against a £1 off 4 pack and £1 paid instead of the full price.
1 has been incorrectly put against £1 off 12/15 pack (rejected) and reclaim then notified as "receipt already submitted"
1 has not yet been notified but has been incorrectly put against £2 off 12/15 pack (rejected) so I am expecting this to come back as "receipt already submitted"
I still have all of the receipt photographs on my phone so I can resend these to you if required.
My registered IPint mobile number is xxxx.
I look forward to your reply.
Regards,
Anyone else having similar problems?

I have now claimed for the beer using the three codes required...For those that are looking to do this...Just to let you know that you don't neccessarily need to buy the beer...The codes are on the outside of the labels...All you need to do is note three of them on different bottles....or photo them....Register on the site and input your details along with the codes...You will have to enter your bank details where the payment will be made...Doesn't look like you could make multiple claims...[STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]

Quick question for any 3bayers please - I have had my first ever request for a return
- they are claiming it is used and as evidence it has tatty packaging and finger prints in the item. The item was brand new, bought from a major retailer and was sealed (and never opened since I bought it) plus packaging was fine. In error, I had missed it had defaulted to returns accepted
They are claiming it is not new as advertised.
What is the best approach please? It was new and now cannot be sold as such, even if I let them return it, as they have opened it! And because it was sealed when sent it I have no idea if what they return was what I sent them.
