Quick question for any 3bayers - I have had my first ever request for a return - they are claiming it is used and tatty packaging. The item was brand new bought from a major retailer and was sealed (and never opened since I bought it) plus packaging was fine. In error, I had missed it had defaulted to returns accepted
They are claiming it is not new as advertised.
What is the best approach please? It was new and now cannot be sold as such, even if I let them return it, as they have opened it! And because it was sealed when sent it I have no idea if what they return was what I sent them.

Hi Anon...I have had similar problems before..I don't think there is much you can do about it...It seems that the buyers rights kicks in...
I would like to know the outcome whatever happens...Good luck..:([STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]

Just a quickie....
I need to send some flowers to someone and postal ie through the letterbox might be easier than a florist turning up with something in a van
Has anyone used bloom & wild before...I think its quite a new company but I see adverts all over the inter thing for them...or indeed does anyone have any other suggestions for something flowers and postable...
thank you

Think I've missed this, what beer is it please? Is it through a cash back site? XTo get to Disneyland Florida 20160
