What would you like for tea dear ?
    Coffee please. ;)

Was waiting for the comment about the tea and coffee stains. :p

Looks like Mr TS overfilled his coffee pot earlier.

And as it is bloomin cold standing in the porch I am using my cup over again with a quick rinse, black tea stains in the cups too. :o

The 9 rolls of Regina (pronounced regeeeeeeena in my house :) is on offer at £2 in wilko...halfprice. It is really good. I have posted this recently, I do not have shares in wilko, but thought posting again might be helpful.

Thank you, I actually bought some on your recommendation last weekend and I can confirm, it is very good. Thanks again. X

I'm lost with groups here there and everywhere, I left all of them a good while ago and I'm only back here. I have no idea what the arguing is about and hope that I am not contributing to any of it by being back here.

Edited to say if there is a toilet roll glitch ( I am that thick that I didn't realise that was what all the funny new usernames were about last night) it would be useful as I need it after the pallaver at the cs desk.

Nope, this has been going on so long, i'm pretty sure new users would be scared off before they even start.
Yeah I had problems on the conveyor - I wasn't sure if it was something I had done as I know some people use them without issues, but it was enough to put me off.

    Which store was it? Duff?

"ASDA now has over 525 stores across the UK.

Take your pick ,they are all Duff :rotfl:

Yes he is going to have a black out blind. If anything happened to Mr TS I would have the partition wall taken down anyway and reclaim it as kitchen so didn't want to lose the window. :o

It only gets the sun for a very short time first thing in the morning. We did bounce the idea around putting back a smaller window like the house would have had originally. Although we didn't make it bigger the people before did. But having this type of storage room is not the norm people usually want more open space so it made sense to leave it if ever we sold too.

This larder is a real compromise for me didn't want it at all a nice large chest freezer could have sat along the back wall. ;)

The funny thing is I would love to have a proper larder, but then I would love to have a kitchen the size of yours :D

As for the chest freezer, well my one that is the replacement for the one that flatlined is still being a PITA. I can't believe how long it is taking to get it sorted, and am actually beginning to wish I had never changed my freezer

    I guess I'm number 9 and 10 :T:T

Although I don't actually love number 9, I just find it a little irritating. :rotfl::rotfl:
Maybe you could find me a glitch on canesten and do us all a favour. :D
You might be number 7 too wacky, well you are old enough to qualify after all..:rotfl:

I am surprised that you want to admit to needing Canesten on a public forum though. I know you aren't getting any younger, but do you really need to tell us all about it..:rotfl::rotfl:

I have been using ss tills, and conveyor belt tills with apgs over and under £10. Most of the time, they go through fine, but sometimes for no apparent reason, one will get rejected. It happened to me recently with a £17+ one, the apg was rejected, hence the sa appeared, suspended my shop and took me to cs. At the cs desk, she retrieve my shop, and when she scanned the apg at the cs desk till it went through fine.

    Got a reply from COS

    Hi Tazoo,

    Sorry for any confusion,

Unfortunately we had to withdraw the offer from Sainsbury's at the request of the retailer. As your claim was within our timeframe we won't leave you out of pocket, I've transferred the reward to your account.

    Sorry for any inconvenience,

    Best Regards

I'm glad they're paying out but the first line annoyed me. There wasn't any confusion from me, I knew they should have paid me but I'm sure some people will just accept that it isn't being paid :(

I hear what you are saying but if you choose to be a lurker then you have to learn to make sense of it all in lurkdom

...as people on here are often too busy fighting to offer any help :rotfl:

No sorry joking aside it is hard to come new to a group but like everything in life you have to put the work in to get to know the group

and benefit from there help and then if you are not as senile as me you can then help other newbies and lurkers ..

..I donate very little to this thread but if I can answer a simple question ...I feel like I have won the lottery ...just a tenner win not the jackpot

I joined this site a few years ago before joining back up and left as I could not seem to join in and I tend to read more than type

But it is a friendly thread and people do try to help ...maybe last night wasn't a good night to be asking questions ...as something happened don't know what as it was deleted I think

Maybe try dropping in more often :)

i dont like being a lurker (maybe i shouldnt have said that in my prev post)

maybe you havent seen me thanking and posting and commenting.
which i have done for the sake of wanting to join in and not just "be" a lurker.

Unfortunately i have severe m.e which means i cant process and understand info and lots of other things meaning i cant join in as much as i want.

believe me ild love to be running into sada at the drop of a hat testing glitches and annoying S.A's

    but i cant run :p
