Poor Mr TS has an injury from moving the tiles on his own. :eek:

I wasn't about when they arrived as DD had check up at hospital. By the time I got back he had offloaded them all and brought pallet in from road and reloaded it. He used a sack truck and could only manage 2 boxes at a time and one box fell onto his leg. All down his shin is a right state and top of his foot.

Don't know if anyone remembers me saying I'd turned an old chicken coop into a cat coop for a couple of my feline guests that aren't keen on coming indoors? It's proper plush with feather pillows and animal print furnishings. They love it

Just been outside to lock up and the cat coop residents are pacing up and down outside the back doors. Got the torch and went to see why they hadn't got in the cat coop. I've had an unexpected escapee who I never knew was missing Get princess Snowball on her quilted bed. The chicken enclosure is around the other side of the garden from the cat coop. Some wing clipping is in order tomorrow

It is honestly not worth the hassle. Local Authority housing department, increasingly evict poor tenants which leaves them in private rented hence the increased problems. Our current tenant is lovely and is desperate to raise her children in a nice area, she has been there for a few years and we maintain the house as if it was our own home, but when she moves we will sell and hopefully break even.

:mad: that is the nature of the business, think the cap appreciation should cover cost and still end you with a profit, but money cannot pay for stress endured.

They're having a battle of wits with me and one of the Tracker Chocolate Chip Bars:rotfl:. In one of my stores, I have a single pack staying around (just about! - fortunately no SEL and not in any right place). It was there last week. Sadly only the White Chocolate ever went to 10p (according to the SEL: no stock seen in three stores recently - I have yet to find any White Chocolate and don't think I will ever do so (...:think:maybe that's a good sign:D:rotfl: - anything I think M doesn't have...;):)) unless I come across a store that never changed its SEL in the first place or one that has no SEL and has a unit of stock that got "lost" in some unusual place. Unlikely store - but such stores exist, and every store is "unlikely" in some sense.

The Chocolate Chip version, sadly, has remained stubbornly at 50p:(. I checked it last week, when I took the pack, which was on its own in a completely wrong aisle, and had it scanned. I then put it back in its unusual place:D, it case it ever went down to 10p and so I could find it again.

Today, one of the staff has obviously found it as it has turned up in the store's RTC shelf. Fortunately just there though and no SEL to point it out. Sadly it scanned again at 50p at SS:(. So, I've hidden it back somewhere else - in case it ever goes to 10p next week.

:think:Maybe I'm wrong, as 50p is a "good" price for some Tracker bars, but buying it would leave me with no way of checking in future checks and wouldn't be getting it any better than its original RTC offer that cleared it to most of the people who bought it!
