I'm rather behind with couponing in A's lately, what's with the coupons on SS tills?
I had some free milk lacto coupons, and one apg, scanned them all, then put the cash in, and it them proceeded to reject all the coupons.

The SA (bit of a jobsworth) had to do it manually but didn't scan them and put the milk ones through as £1.38 ea rather than the £2 I told him and they'd scanned at before :(
They have been having this problems since before Christmas. You never know if the coupon will be accepted until the transaction is finalised, then problems arise as the coupon is then invalidated for no reason. I have phoned Customer Services and wrote to Head Office about this but to no avail. If I have a coupon only to be used at Sada I buy the product on its own but most of my other coupons I use elsewhere and do most of my shopping at the same time. Sada then lose out on the extra shopping I would have done.
If you have a Morries they have, up to now, use your Arla coupons.

That is a real liberty, as I am certain THEY will claim the full value of the MOC from the manufacturer regardless.

Please be careful. We bought our house from people who ran a business from home, they got in financial difficulty sold up and disappeared. But their business went bust from this address and that has always stayed the same. There is no association between us and them but people search online, see their failed business and my business both registered here and assume there is a connection. When we first moved in I had a few people turn up at the door thinking they were speaking to the business owners of the previous business.

You are of course right - people can and do move on leaving 'issues' with an address.

Landlords see this all the time with certain tenants leaving with a string of CCJ's against them and Debt Collectors on the door chasing them for years for outstanding debts etc.

As with all this sort of thing, you need to use the information in context and in conjunction with other information to build a picture - and not just charge round to a property and put the windows in without asking any further questions.
