Even when we are on shut down and if you leave nothing on we have to pay 50p per day:(
Hiya bubbs , i don't pay anything for the meter they free.
I stick with EON because i have never had any trouble and only pay £50 a month DD for both gas and electric and normally get some money back in May when they do my yearly assessment. :T
I always think if you switch it maybe cheaper to begin with then prices go up so not cheaper anymore, So why leave when i am happy0 -

Evening all
Need a bit of advise. OH ordered a vax steamer from amazon. I was annoyed as he never discussed it with me but hey ho. Saw some groupon thing advertising Vax steamers cheaper, so emailed it to OH (I was at mums), and asked if it was the same one, if so, go on Amazon chat and ask them to refund the difference. I came home and the vax is all boxed up with a return label on. Im like why? and he has blamed me because I sent him the email and implied I wanted it sent back. How much to send it back says I. £6 says he :eek::eek: Im like whats the point sending it back blah blah and then he goes on to say Ive seen the same on John Lewis with 2 year guarantee for the same price, Im like but this Amazon one's got a 2 year guarantee too. At this point Im losing the will to live and he's like why argue over £6  Anyway, fast forward a bit and he says he's cancelled the sending back. Ive looked again at this vax steamer on Amazon, and its now £10 cheaper
Could I go on Amazon chat and ask them to refund the difference (it was only delivered today). If so, where do I find the chat thingy
tia
ETA I managed to sort it myself . Well done me. £10.01 refunded. Just hope the return postage is refunded as well as it was cancelled. What a palaver. All for something I didnt want in the first place. Nothing wrong with a mop and bucket :rotfl:0 -

I've been extra busy at work after volunteering to open a presentation with a 5 minute introduction using only sign language. I've done the course but it was all colours, weather and "how are you today":rotfl:.....not proper stuff.:o
Anyway, to cut a long story short and after several hours spent wading through BSL videos .....I think I might just wing it........as long as no one in the audience knows how to sign:rotfl:
I wasted an hour last night learning how to swear in sign language:o
Later peeps:)To do is to be. Rousseau
