At this point Im losing the will to live and he's like why argue over £6 :mad: Anyway, fast forward a bit and he says he's cancelled the sending back. Ive looked again at this vax steamer on Amazon, and its now £10 cheaper :eek:
Could I go on Amazon chat and ask them to refund the difference (it was only delivered today). If so, where do I find the chat thingy

ETA I managed to sort it myself . Well done me. £10.01 refunded. Just hope the return postage is refunded as well as it was cancelled. What a palaver. All for something I didnt want in the first place. Nothing wrong with a mop and bucket :rotfl:

I have the hand held vax from an MSE spotted offer about 18 months ago. I managed to steam defrost the ice build up in my freezer in 5 minutes flat!

To be fair I used to think there was nothing wrong with a mop and bucket and then I got a vax steamer
Not wanting to put a spanner in the works but I got a reconditioned one off eBay ( it was brand new IMHO) and cost £30 ish.

Thanks for all the help yesterday and all the best wishes for dd she is waiting to hear from PayPal and the credit card at the moment so fingers crossed. They have not cancelled yet, si giving me a chance to call in favours and see what I can arrange,

I hope they get it sorted rhos. I know it won't seem like it at the moment but sometimes I believe these things happen for a reason and I think it will be a lovely day.
Are you in Wales and what date is the wedding I'm sure some of us could rally round if needed.
