Afraid not Savvy, it's not 'interest', it's a 'reward'. Non tax payers can still apply for the £1.25 monthly back from HMRC - form R40.[/QUOTE

Thanks for this info I thought it would increase as we get a statement showing the tax as paid

Possible tweets. I've been here a fairly long time and worked quite a few Customer Service channels. I remember you, though, from another MSE thread. I think it had something to do with our Rewards scheme and Tesco Clubcard points? Hope you're okay?

Next time you ring, mention the Social Media team. Most of our advisors know about us.

    Malc

    Hiya Malc

I have been with EON years and was one of the first to get a smart meter :)

I get my Tesco clubcard points :T

I am ok thanks was lurking last week when the thread wasn't very nice.

Now what can I ring EON for so I can ask for Malc from the social media team  ;)

Sounds like a nightmare day, but thank goodness you're ok. :o

Thanks tweets, I'm slowly catching you up! :D

Bit worried about the next 2 weeks when I'm away at the police rehab place as I won't be able to low carb (as a veggie its just too limiting) so will just have to try and be sensible, but that doesn't usually work for me! :rotfl: Will be upping the exercise though,as thats the point of going, so we'll see.

Is this the police rehab place in Harrogate by any chance ladyshopper ?

Not in the least, just a bizarre and mildly irritating day! Also I've been procrastinating for the last hour. I really should clean the kitchen :o :rotfl:

    Hope you're ok :)

I'm good thanks. Don't blame you for procrastinating, I'm a queen at it where housework is concerned!

I know they were due a delivery in yesterday, but I was flat out yesterday and too knackered to go in the evening. Usually there are plenty of staff about to ask, but there wasn't anyone lurking today so I left it. If I don't manage to get any later in the week I'll have those packs off you, I'll let you know. Thank you. :A
