Looks like 'some welding required' isnt the end of your car if you get a sensible independent welder ( and he did quite a bit )

I read post 2 that says we do welding. The welder also fitted the roll bush and link for £200


That's not a bad price.

You didn't say to ask you for a quote, doesn't even mention you are in Bristol. Micras rubbish? probably why theres tens of thousands still going! Still, as your selective about which cars you will and wont look at probably don't do 16 year old cars either...


Well if I knew this was going to be a heckling contest I would have checked me brains in before opening this page so we could have started even.

i said get another quote in post 2 the one after your first post because your car obviously was worth saving
i then thank you for your non thank you
i then tongue in cheek say micras are rubbish
i somehow work in bristol i dont

We don't don't micras - suggested selective about what you will look at.

original MOT garage wanted 550 to do all the jobs, after I posted this I got hold of the independent welder who would do it all for £200 plus parts. ( that's 'the other quote' )


Sorted now anyway :-)
