HMRC have said that the 4th and 5th grants will be taxable when received.

Grant 4 for 20/21 grant 5 for 21/22 so without information or grant 4 how do we do self assessment

Grant 4 will be taxable in 2021/22. The period it relates to is irrelevant.

I've done my tax return as usual on the 6th.the 3 grant totals where already in my tax file so when i did my return . i was half of what i earned last year but still owed tax not a massive amount. But i knew i would owe them.

Tax year runs 6th april till 5th april so 4th grant will be on 2122 tax return

Everyone who was before still is, nobodys has changed as they don't issue payments weekly it's fortnightly.

We've been pulled for security checks I can't see what people don't get.
