hi is this your first tax return?

No I got a few hundred more last year than I did this year and didn’t have this problem, it was available in my bank account at 10pm and by 11.30pm it was gone for security checks

Is this your bank u are talking about

Mine seems to be in fine but I did transfer it straight away into my savings account

Yes! I can’t access my money it’s only in my account balance not in my available balance? I rang and they said about security checks have you spoke to them?

Same thing happened to my mate thats also with sandtander! He did last years return last December and theyre still keeping hd of it after MONTHS of waiting!!

Hes wrote several letters and still got nowhere so hes taking it further. Might be worth googling 'tax return with sandtander' to see if its happened to anyone else

Mine got released about 11 am I was worried from santander
